🤍 HAVE COURAGE AND BE KIND

The world won’t always make it easy to be both.

There will be moments that ask you to toughen up…
to protect yourself…
to meet harshness with more of the same.

But I’ve always hoped you’d choose something different.

Because it takes courage to stay kind.
And it takes kindness to stay strong.

Courage isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it looks like doing the right thing quietly.
Standing firm when it would be easier to give in.
Showing up with love, even when it’s not returned.

And kindness isn’t weakness.

It’s strength with intention.
It’s choosing who you are, no matter what’s happening around you.

If you can hold onto both—
if you can stay brave and stay gentle—

you’ll become the kind of person this world needs more of.

And the kind of person I’m already so proud of.
